At Access Denied, we stand by the quality of our performance gear, but if your equipment doesn't help you dominate the field, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old tracking barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
